Step 1 – Rig Wash pH-Neutral 4WD Wash

Good surface treatment starts with proper preparation.

Rig Wash is a concentrated pH-neutral 4WD wash formulated to remove dirt, grease and road grime while remaining suitable for a broad range of compatible vehicle surfaces and finishes.

Use it to clean and prepare surfaces before applying either Rig Revive or Rig Renew.

The pH-neutral formulation also makes Rig Wash suitable for ongoing maintenance washing between treatments, helping remove contaminants without unnecessarily relying on aggressive caustic cleaners.

Whether you're cleaning after everyday driving or removing the build-up from an off-road trip, Rig Wash provides the foundation for the rest of the Revival system.

Step 2 – Rig Revive Powder Coat Restoration & Protection

Powder-coated 4WD equipment spends its life exposed to Australian sun, heat, dirt, salt and changing weather.

Over time, this exposure can leave powder coat looking faded, dull or chalky.

Rig Revive is a dedicated powder coat restorer, rejuvenator and protectant designed to restore colour depth and improve the appearance of weathered powder-coated surfaces.

Its water-based, silicone-free formula provides a clean finish without relying on a greasy silicone dressing to temporarily mask the condition of the coating.

For compatible powder-coated aluminium rooftop tent shells and frames, use Rig Wash for cleaning and Rig Revive for periodic powder coat treatment.

The Bush Company recommends using a mild pH-neutral car wash for general cleaning of its powder-coated tent surfaces and treating the powder coat with a dedicated powder coat restorer such as Rig Revive at least every six months under general-use conditions.

Rig Renew can be used separately on compatible rubber, vinyl and other approved surfaces around the vehicle and touring setup.

Important: Do not apply Rig Wash, Rig Revive or Rig Renew to The Bush Company rooftop tent canvas or mesh. These materials have separate manufacturer-specified cleaning requirements.
