Manufactured from high-grade extruded aluminium and finished with a durable matte black powder coating, these load bars are built to perform in Australia's harshest conditions. Stainless steel end caps and M8 bolt compatibility ensure lasting resistance to corrosion, UV exposure, and salt spray—ideal for coastal touring and long-distance outback travel.

Their low-profile design helps reduce drag and wind noise, while the integrated Ezi-Slot channels allow for fast, secure installation of accessories without drilling or modification.

Optimised Fit and Load Capacity

Available in 1390mm and 1590mm lengths, the load bars are tailored to fit Bush Company rooftop tents.  The 1390mm  length suits the AX27, Lx27 Gen 2 (needs load bar high foot mount), DX27, TX27, while the 1590mm length fits the TX27 MAX models. Each set supports up to 100kg when mounted directly to the tent roof, offering a stable foundation for mounting solar panels, recovery tracks, awning brackets, and more.

Optional high foot mounts (sold separately, required for LX27 Gen 2) can elevate the bars to increase clearance for solar panels or low-profile storage boxes—maximising functionality while preserving roof space.
