The Awning To Tent Bracket from The Bush Company is a premium stainless steel mounting solution designed to securely attach 270-degree awnings to compatible rooftop tents. Built for expedition-grade durability and vibration-free performance, this bracket system offers seamless integration with The Bush Company’s Ezi-Slot-equipped tents and supports confident touring across Australia’s most demanding terrains.
Constructed from stainless steel with a black powder-coated finish, the Awning To Tent Bracket is engineered to withstand the extreme conditions of the outback and coast alike. The corrosion-resistant build ensures long-term reliability in high-salinity environments, while its structural rigidity helps maintain awning stability over thousands of kilometres of corrugated tracks.
The bracket system resists UV degradation, rust, and abrasion—making it the trusted choice for overlanders, remote tourers, and long-term 4WD travellers.
This three-piece bracket system includes two main mounting brackets and a reinforced corner plate designed to support heavy-duty awnings weighing up to 40kg. It effectively manages torsional forces generated by 270-degree awnings during wind gusts, tough tracks, or awning deployment, helping to protect both your rooftop tent and awning investment.
The bracket’s universal side-mount layout accommodates left- or right-hand positioning, allowing you to configure your setup to suit your touring rig.
Compatible with The Bush Company’s rooftop tents (AX27, DX27, TX27 MAX), this bracket system slots directly into the Ezi-Slot channel system without drilling or modification. Installation using the included stainless steel bolts and nyloc nuts ensures a flush, stable connection to your tent frame while dramatically reducing setup time.
Unlike generic mounting systems, this bracket is engineered to preserve the structural integrity of your tent while eliminating the guesswork and added cost of aftermarket hardware.
The bracket is designed to handle the unique mounting demands of wraparound awnings like the 270 XT™ and 270 XT MAX™, delivering secure hold and structural support without the need for additional reinforcement. It is also compatible with optional Spring Rod Adapters for upward-pitched awnings, helping to eliminate interference between poles and brackets.
This design ensures that your awning deploys smoothly and holds firm, even in unpredictable off-road environments.
Engineered for vehicles built for extended outback travel, the Awning To Tent Bracket supports a fully modular setup. Whether you’re running a full touring canopy or a minimalist rooftop tent build, this bracket delivers long-term strength, simplified installation, and compatibility with other Ezi-Slot accessories.
The Awning To Tent Bracket delivers the durability and fitment confidence needed for secure awning mounting in the most challenging conditions. With ecosystem alignment, tool-free installation, and high-strength stainless steel construction, it is an essential upgrade for 4WD adventurers and expedition-ready rigs.
