The same fitment set that comes with the AX27, TX27 and TX27 MAX: six complete brackets, three for each side, that secure the tent to your load bars. Buy a spare set to add mounting points, or to replace a set you've moved to another vehicle.


Each bracket is an L bracket that bolts to the side of the mounting rails under the tent, plus a folded long plate that clamps around the load bar with the long bolts supplied. 2.5mm stainless steel with a black powder-coat finish, and a full set of stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers. Also suits the earlier DX27.

Rooftop Tent Universal Fitment Set: six brackets to mount your tent

This is the fitment set supplied as standard with the AX27, TX27 and TX27 MAX rooftop tents, and it also suits the earlier DX27: six complete brackets, three for each side of the tent. Order a second set if you want extra mounting points on a long rack or canopy, or need to replace a set.

How it works

  • L bracket: bolts to the side of the mounting rails underneath the tent.
  • Clamp plate: a folded long plate that sits under your load bar and pulls up against the L bracket with the supplied long bolts, clamping the tent to the bar.
  • Hardware: a comprehensive set of stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers comes with the brackets.

Use the clamp plates where your load bars allow it, or bolt the L brackets straight to bars or tracks with suitable channels.

The LX27 Gen 2 uses its own set of six fitment brackets that mount to the side of its foot rails, so this set isn't needed for that tent.
