Mounts a Solar Panel on Your Rooftop Tent · Air Gap Underneath · 2.5mm Stainless Steel


A pair of brackets that bolt into the Ezi-Slot channels on the tent roof and hold a solar panel clear of the shell. The air gap underneath helps keep the panel cool, so it produces more in hot weather.


Two sizes: one for the AX27, TX27 and DX27, one for the TX27 MAX. Stainless steel bolts and rivets included; holes are drilled into the panel frame for the rivets. Up to 20kg.

This pair of brackets fixes a solar panel to the roof of a Bush Company rooftop tent. The brackets bolt into the tent's Ezi-Slot channels and lift the panel off the shell, leaving an air gap underneath. Solar panels lose output as they heat up, so the airflow helps them work harder on hot days.

Two sizes

  • AX27, TX27 and DX27: fits the AX27, TX27 and the earlier DX27.
  • TX27 MAX: longer brackets for the TX27 MAX.

How it fits

  • The brackets have laser-cut holes that line up with the tent's Ezi-Slot channels, and bolt on with stainless steel bolts.
  • The panel is riveted to the brackets: you drill the rivet holes into the panel's frame.
  • Supports panels up to 20kg (44.1 lb) per pair.

As with any roof-mounted gear, add up everything carried on top and confirm the total is within the dynamic roof load ratings of your tent, rack and vehicle.
