Near new, genuine Toyota: a GXL tub for the 79 Series double cab in Toyota white, with a heavy-duty spray-on rubberised liner already applied. The factory wheel arch flares are fitted.

Where these tubs come from

We bring these tubs in from South Africa. They come off new LandCruiser 79 double cabs being set up for work on the mines, so most have never been used. That's why we class them as near new rather than second hand.

Each tub is a one-off: the tub in the photos is the tub you get.

The rubberised liner

The spray-on liner coats the floor, sides, wheel tubs and top rails. It protects the paint from scratches and dents, gives the load some grip, and helps quieten rattles on corrugations.

Because it's bonded to the tub, it can't trap water and grit against the paint the way a drop-in liner can.
