Tent Seal Replacement Kits

In the event that the seal on your rooftop tent comes away from the frame of your tent, the Bush Company's Tent Seal Repair Kits contain everything you will need to get you back up an running in no time.

Premium Components

The repair kit includes the following components in quantities sufficient for the respective tent model:

• new rubber seal
• 3M Activation Primer
• 3M Double Sided Tape
• Rubber hand roller for tape application
• Primer applicators
• Cleaning swabs
• Wide head rivets
• Electrical bullet connectors

Comprehensive Instructions

The seal replacement is able to be undertaken as a D.I.Y. job and should take approximately 3-4 hours with most of that time taken up with removing the old seal and glue residue. The instructions included with the kit and available online via the Install tab, provide a step by step guide to get the job done.

The Bush Company or one of our stockists can undertake this repair for you. 

If you choose to undertake the repair yourself please make sure that you have done the due diligence on your intended installation to ensure that it does not create any safety issues. Please ensure that you follow standard safety precautions when undertaking the installation.

Home Delivery

If you provide a residential address for delivery of your order it is assumed that your items can left in a safe place at your home if nobody ia available to receive them in person, in which case, The Bush Company is not accountable for any loss once delivery is made.

Pickup In-Store

To save on shipping costs you can select "Pickup In-Store" during checkout.

All items are available for collection from our store at The Bush Company,14 Cessna Street, Marcoola, QLD 4564.  Please note that due to insurance and health and safety issues, you cannot self-fit your purchase on our premises.

The Caprax Canopies by Rhinoman are also available for pickup from our warehouses in Melbourne and Perth, just select "Pickup In-Store" during checkout and we will contact you to confirm collection date and time.

International Delivery

Freight costs for international orders are calculated excluding customs duties and local sales taxes.  The receiver will be required to cover the costs of local import duties and sales taxes. Large Items (Courier Delivery Tents & Canopies)

Home Delivery

’Home Delivery ’ means a home or private residence, including locations where a business is operated from the home or private residence. For home delivery of rooftop tents and canopies a forklift must be available at the delivery point and truck access. We will contact you to confirm that his is the case.  Unloading by hand is not permitted by the couriers due to health and safety regulations. If, as is usually the case, you do not have a forklift available at your home address, we can arrange for your tent or canopy to be delivered to the nearest FEDEX freight depot/agent for collection from there.

Business Delivery

If you provide a commercial premises address for the delivery of your rooftop tent or canopy,  a forklift must be available at the delivery point and truck access. Unloading by hand is not permitted by the couriers due to health and safety regulations.

Depot Collection

If you want to have you items delivery to a depot for you to collect (often the cheapest option for tents and canopies) but you are unsure of the nearest depot please contact us by email at info@thebushcompany.com.au or by phone +61 (07) 5302 6948 to obtain a shipping quote and place your order.

Damage In Transit

If you or the person responsible for receiving your order does not check that the item has arrived in good condition prior to accepting it, The Bush Company cannot be held responsible for any claim for damage in transit.

When your order shipment arrives, it is essential that you check it thoroughly for any signs of damage before signing to accept the shipment.  This means checking the exterior box and if there are any signs of damage externally then the box should be opened, and the product examined for any signs of damage to the product itself.  This needs to be done before you sign anything to say that the item has been received, the driver needs to wait until you are satisfied.  If you are not satisfied with the condition of the item, then you are entitled to refuse delivery and the courier will have to return the product to us.

If you do not follow this procedure and it turns out that the item has been damaged in transit, then there is no way for The Bush Company to claim on the freight insurance to cover any damage.  If you sign anything and are not satisfied you must ensure that this is noted by the driver in writing and obtain a copy that is signed by the driver.
