Universal Single Canvas Wall: one awning side wall, windbreak or privacy screen

One heavy-duty canvas wall, 2.4m high and 2.3m wide between the outer zips, or 2.5m with the zip-on end sections attached, that fits any Bush Company awning (180 XT MAX, 270 XT Mk2 or 270 XT MAX Mk2) and any awning with a Velcro loop strip on its valance. It's a solid block-out for sun, wind and driving rain, and a lower-cost way to start adding walls before committing to a full kit.

How you'll use it

• Windbreak: run it along the exposed side of camp when the wind swings round.
• Sun block-out: hang it on the side the low afternoon sun is coming from and leave the rest of the awning open.
• Privacy screen: block the view from the next campsite or the track.
• Build an enclosure: zip several together, or pair it with a mesh wall for canvas on the weather side and airflow on the other.

Because it's a one-size wall rather than one cut for a single awning, it won't fit every awning edge exactly, but you can move it to whichever side you need. As a guide, two walls cover more than half of a 180 XT MAX and three cover all of it, and four walls fully enclose a 270 XT Mk2.

Built for Australian weather

260gsm ±5% acrylic-treated polyester ripstop canvas in The Bush Company's olive green, so rain beads straight off. The 600gsm PVC splash skirt is 400mm deep, wipes clean of mud, sand and salt spray, and stands up to being dragged across the ground. Adjustable pegging eyelets let you set the wall height to suit your vehicle, up to 2.4m, and tuck any spare skirt underneath.

Modular and quick to set up

The wall attaches to the awning's genuine Velcro® strip, and the two adjustable aluminium telescopic poles (1.9–2.6m) fit the built-in holes in the trussed arms, or the webbing loop at the end of a non-trussed arm on Mk2 awnings, to hold it steady. For older models without that loop, a retrofit webbing strap is supplied and can stay on the awning. Three pegs are included.

Full-length YKK spiral zips on both sides let you join more walls. They're made from spiralled polyester and nylon: the softest, smoothest-running zip YKK makes. Each side has a removable zip-on end section, so when the wall sits against your vehicle there's soft fabric, not a zip, against the paint. Unzip it to join a second wall. The whole kit weighs 3.4kg and packs, with its poles and pegs, into one heavy-duty canvas bag. 12-month warranty.

Off-Grid Power Products

Off-Grid Power products (18V to 12V power supplies, Starlink Mini power kits, in-vehicle battery chargers, USB-C and 12V chargers, and leads) ship direct from our Australian warehouse partner, usually within one business day of your order. Delivery usually takes 1 to 6 business days, depending on where you are.

• Shipping is free within Australia when your Off-Grid Power items total over $200. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.
• If your order also includes other Bush Company products, those ship separately from Marcoola, so you may receive more than one parcel and see more than one shipping charge.
• Off-Grid Power products are only available for delivery within Australia, and can't be collected from our Marcoola showroom.

Home Delivery

If you provide a residential address for delivery of your order, it is assumed that your items can be left in a safe place at your home if nobody is available to receive them in person, in which case The Bush Company is not accountable for any loss once delivery is made.

Pickup In-Store

To save on shipping costs you can select "Pickup In-Store" during checkout.

All items, including CapRax Canopies by Rhinoman, are available for collection from our showroom at The Bush Company, 14 Cessna Street, Marcoola, QLD 4564, except Off-Grid Power products, which are delivered from our warehouse partner. In-stock orders are usually ready for collection the same day. We will contact you to confirm when your order is ready to collect.

Please note that due to insurance and health and safety issues, you cannot self-fit your purchase on our premises.

International Delivery

Freight costs for international orders are calculated excluding customs duties and local sales taxes. The receiver will be required to cover the costs of local import duties and sales taxes. International delivery is available through our website for all items excluding rooftop tents, awnings and ute canopies. Large Items (Courier Delivery Tents & Canopies)

Home Delivery

'Home Delivery' means a home or private residence, including locations where a business is operated from the home or private residence. For home delivery of rooftop tents and canopies a forklift must be available at the delivery point, with truck access. We will contact you to confirm that this is the case. Unloading by hand is not permitted by the couriers due to health and safety regulations. If, as is usually the case, you do not have a forklift available at your home address, we can arrange for your tent or canopy to be delivered to the nearest FEDEX freight depot/agent for collection from there.

Business Delivery

If you provide a commercial premises address for the delivery of your rooftop tent or canopy, a forklift must be available at the delivery point, with truck access. Unloading by hand is not permitted by the couriers due to health and safety regulations.

Depot Collection

Damage In Transit

If you or the person responsible for receiving your order does not check that the item has arrived in good condition prior to accepting it, The Bush Company cannot be held responsible for any claim for damage in transit.

When your order shipment arrives, it is essential that you check it thoroughly for any signs of damage before signing to accept the shipment. This means checking the exterior box and, if there are any signs of damage externally, the box should be opened and the product examined for any signs of damage to the product itself. This needs to be done before you sign anything to say that the item has been received; the driver needs to wait until you are satisfied. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the item, then you are entitled to refuse delivery and the courier will have to return the product to us.

If you do not follow this procedure and it turns out that the item has been damaged in transit, then there is no way for The Bush Company to claim on the freight insurance to cover any damage. If you sign anything and are not satisfied, you must ensure that this is noted by the driver in writing and obtain a copy that is signed by the driver.
