Designed to integrate directly with Bush Company rooftop tents, these extruded aluminium load bars deliver exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and seamless compatibility with recovery gear, solar panels, and custom overlanding setups.

Purpose-Built Mounting for Rooftop Tents and Accessories

Manufactured from high-grade extruded aluminium and finished with a durable matte black powder coating, these load bars are built to perform in Australia's harshest conditions. Stainless steel end caps and M8 bolt compatibility ensure lasting resistance to corrosion, UV exposure, and salt spray—ideal for coastal touring and long-distance outback travel.

Optimised Fit and Load Capacity

Available in 1390mm and 1490mm lengths, the load bars are tailored to fit Bush Company rooftop tents including the AX27, DX27, TX27, and TX27 MAX models. Each set supports up to 100kg when mounted directly to the tent roof, offering a stable foundation for mounting solar panels, recovery tracks, awning brackets, and more.

Optional high foot mounts (sold separately) can elevate the bars to increase clearance for solar panels or low-profile storage boxes—maximising functionality while preserving roof space.

Ezi-Slot System for Seamless Integration

Unlike generic roof rack solutions, these load bars use The Bush Company’s proprietary Ezi-Slot system. This precision-engineered channel allows quick attachment and adjustment of compatible gear, eliminating the need for third-party brackets or tools. Whether you're outfitting your vehicle for weekend touring or long-haul expeditions, the Ezi-Slot platform ensures your setup is streamlined, secure, and customisable.

When your order shipment arrives, it is essential that you check it thoroughly for any signs of damage before signing to accept the shipment.  This means checking the exterior box and if there are any signs of damage externally then the box should be opened, and the product examined for any signs of damage to the product itself.  This needs to be done before you sign anything to say that the item has been received, the driver needs to wait until you are satisfied.  If you are not satisfied with the condition of the item, then you are entitled to refuse delivery and the courier will have to return the product to us.

If you do not follow this procedure and it turns out that the item has been damaged in transit, then there is no way for The Bush Company to claim on the freight insurance to cover any damage.  If you sign anything and are not satisfied you must ensure that this is noted by the driver in writing and obtain a copy that is signed by the driver.
