Load Bar with High Foot - 1390mm

$160.00

One 1390mm Load Bar · High Foot Mounts Included · Raised Off the Tent Roof

A single extruded aluminium load bar supplied with a pair of High Foot Mounts. It bolts into your tent's Ezi-Slot channels with no drilling, and the top of the bar sits 60mm above the roof on the LX27 Gen 2 and 75mm on the AX27, DX27 and TX27, leaving room for a solar panel to breathe and for longer gear to ride on top.

Fits the AX27, LX27 Gen 2, TX27 and DX27. It doesn't fit the TX27 MAX, which needs the 1590mm Rooftop Tent Load Bars. Buy two for a full rack.

Load Bar with High Foot: one 1390mm bar, raised off the tent roof

This is a single 1390mm rooftop tent load bar supplied with a pair of our Load Bar High Foot Mounts, so it arrives ready to fit at the raised height. The feet bolt into the tent's Ezi-Slot channels and the bar bolts on top. There's no drilling, and you end up with a raised bar suitable for mounting our Solar Panel to Load Bar Bracket Set.

Once fitted, the top of the bar sits 60mm above the tent roof on the LX27 Gen 2, and 75mm above it on the AX27, DX27 and TX27. That extra height lets air move under a solar panel, which helps keep it cool and producing power. It also means you can still carry longer items on the roof of your tent without damaging the solar panel.

Which tents does it fit?

Built for the roof

  • Extruded aluminium bar with a matte black powder coat and a low profile that keeps wind noise down.
  • Ezi-Slot channel along the bar takes our accessory brackets and M8 bolts, so you can move gear around without drilling.
  • Stainless steel High Foot Mounts with a black powder-coat finish, fitted with stainless steel M8 bolts and nyloc nuts to resist corrosion on coastal trips.

How much can it carry?

Each bar is rated to 50kg, so a pair of bars carries up to 100kg. On the roof, though, the limit is always the lowest rating in the chain. The tents are rated, closed, to 200kg dynamic (AX27), 100kg dynamic (LX27 Gen 2) and 75kg dynamic (TX27). As with any roof-mounted gear, add up everything carried on top and confirm the total is within the dynamic roof load ratings of your tent, rack and vehicle.

Shipping

We aim to offer our customers the most competitive rates for shipping based on the items ordered. Shipping rates at checkout are calculated automatically based on the items ordered and the shipping address. All shipping rates automatically include in-transit insurance from the time of collection to delivery.

Freight Partners Used

Australia Post - orders not including items over 1.05m and/or 20kg in Australia and overseas.

FEDEX - courier delivery to home, business or depot within Australia & overseas.

DHL Express - courier delivery for international orders with items over 1.05m or 20kg.

Off-Grid Power Products

Off-Grid Power products (18V to 12V power supplies, Starlink Mini power kits, in-vehicle battery chargers, USB-C and 12V chargers, and leads) ship direct from our Australian warehouse partner, usually within one business day of your order. Delivery usually takes 1 to 6 business days, depending on where you are.

  • Shipping is free within Australia when your Off-Grid Power items total over $200. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • If your order also includes other Bush Company products, those ship separately from Marcoola, so you may receive more than one parcel and see more than one shipping charge.
  • Off-Grid Power products are only available for delivery within Australia, and can't be collected from our Marcoola showroom.

Home Delivery

If you provide a residential address for delivery of your order, it is assumed that your items can be left in a safe place at your home if nobody is available to receive them in person, in which case The Bush Company is not accountable for any loss once delivery is made.

Pickup In-Store

To save on shipping costs you can select "Pickup In-Store" during checkout.

All items, including CapRax Canopies by Rhinoman, are available for collection from our showroom at The Bush Company, 14 Cessna Street, Marcoola, QLD 4564, except Off-Grid Power products, which are delivered from our warehouse partner. In-stock orders are usually ready for collection the same day. We will contact you to confirm when your order is ready to collect.

Please note that due to insurance and health and safety issues, you cannot self-fit your purchase on our premises.

International Delivery

Freight costs for international orders are calculated excluding customs duties and local sales taxes. The receiver will be required to cover the costs of local import duties and sales taxes. International delivery is available through our website for all items excluding rooftop tents, awnings and ute canopies. To obtain a freight quote for the delivery of these items overseas, please contact us by email at info@thebushcompany.com.au or by phone on +61 (07) 5302 6948.

Off-Grid Power products are not available for international delivery.

Large Items (Courier Delivery Tents & Canopies)

Home Delivery

'Home Delivery' means a home or private residence, including locations where a business is operated from the home or private residence. For home delivery of rooftop tents and canopies a forklift must be available at the delivery point, with truck access. We will contact you to confirm that this is the case. Unloading by hand is not permitted by the couriers due to health and safety regulations. If, as is usually the case, you do not have a forklift available at your home address, we can arrange for your tent or canopy to be delivered to the nearest FEDEX freight depot/agent for collection from there.

Business Delivery

If you provide a commercial premises address for the delivery of your rooftop tent or canopy, a forklift must be available at the delivery point, with truck access. Unloading by hand is not permitted by the couriers due to health and safety regulations.

Depot Collection

If you want to have your items delivered to a depot for you to collect (often the cheapest option for tents and canopies) but you are unsure of the nearest depot, please contact us by email at info@thebushcompany.com.au or by phone on +61 (07) 5302 6948 to obtain a shipping quote and place your order.

If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us by email at info@thebushcompany.com.au or by phone on +61 (07) 5302 6948.

Damage In Transit

If you or the person responsible for receiving your order does not check that the item has arrived in good condition prior to accepting it, The Bush Company cannot be held responsible for any claim for damage in transit.

When your order shipment arrives, it is essential that you check it thoroughly for any signs of damage before signing to accept the shipment. This means checking the exterior box and, if there are any signs of damage externally, the box should be opened and the product examined for any signs of damage to the product itself. This needs to be done before you sign anything to say that the item has been received; the driver needs to wait until you are satisfied. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the item, then you are entitled to refuse delivery and the courier will have to return the product to us.

If you do not follow this procedure and it turns out that the item has been damaged in transit, then there is no way for The Bush Company to claim on the freight insurance to cover any damage. If you sign anything and are not satisfied, you must ensure that this is noted by the driver in writing and obtain a copy that is signed by the driver.

Merchandise Shipping

Our merchandise range (T-shirts, Hoodies, Hats, Mugs etc.) are print on demand products and have different shipping policies associated with them. Please view the 'Delivery & Returns' tab on each product for more information.
